One of the core values we hold at Happy Real Estate International is that the more our sales team can achieve, the more we can give back and serve our community.

 

Each year, we choose a number of charitable causes that are close to our hearts. Recently, we learnt that watermelon farmers in Henan Province, China, were facing a serious oversupply crisis. Many farming families, with three generations living under one roof, were struggling with very little income despite working incredibly hard.

 

Together with several generous friends, we purchased 8,000 kilograms of watermelons directly from these farmers.

 

The watermelons were then delivered to orphanages, disability support centres, retirement homes, and other community organisations

 

This initiative achieved two meaningful outcomes. First, it provided much-needed financial support to hardworking farming families. Second, it shared kindness, and a little happiness with people in the community.

 

We believe that business is also about creating opportunities to make a positive difference. We are grateful to everyone who helped make this small act of kindness possible and look forward to continuing to serve our society in every way we can
