How time flies! It is hard to believe that we are only 9 weeks away till Christmas.

As the holiday season approaches, as Real Estate Agents, we often get asked the question: “Is now a good time to sell?”

My answer is always: “NOW is the best time.”

With fewer homes on the market over Christmas and New Year, sellers stand to benefit. Listing your home for sale while there is less competition around has the potential to intensify competition amongst buyers and potentially achieve higher sale prices.
